Sponsorship Drive!

Young Abundance is conducting a sponsorship drive for an upcoming New Home Economics Writing Contest. We’re looking for individuals, businesses, and organizations creating positive change.

Sponsor Benefits

A positive and prosperous future is possible if we spend our time dreaming about it, writing about it, and sharing these stories.

Thus, Young Abundance presents the 1st Annual New Home Economics Short Story Contest.

What: Short stories illustrating household lifestyles that take place in a possible and positive future. 700-1,100 words.

Who: Writers of all ages. Marketing will be particularly heavy to high-school students.

Prizes: First place wins $300. Four runners up receive $50. The top 10 stories will be compiled for publication. Select participants will be invited to read their stores at a closing ceremony. All participants are invited to a one-time writing workshop to gain feedback on their story and develop as a writer.

Sponsoring the New Home Economics writing contest will let thousands of people know your organization is dedicated to making the future as bright as possible, and supports a generation of innovative dreamers.

Become a sponsor. Get your name out during our calls for submission, closing celebration, and in the physical publication of the best submitted stories. See attachment for rates and details.
